Parameters of our Holter monitor

Main parameters of the Holter

  • 12 leads (I, II, III, avF, avL, avR, C (C1-C6)), which allows the specialist to make a detailed diagnostic picture;
  • during the monitoring, only disposable electrodes are used;
  • low power consumption (only 2.4-3V);
  • Except the cardiogram, the device registers the movement activity of the examined patient. The built-in accelerometer allows you to analyze changes in the ECG depending on physical activity;
  • high sensitivity of the device allows you to detect even minimal violations of the patient’s heart rate and St segment displacement;
  • the analytical unit of the device supports chronological study of changes in rhythm and conduction, morphology and classification of QRS complexes, and calculation of the QT interval variance; after processing the data, the specialist receives reliable information in a form that is easy to understand and correct (graphs and tables);
  • the results are stored on a portable memory card, which is used in most modern cameras and phones;
  • the time for monitoring can be unlimited – it depends only on the size of the memory card and the capacity of the batteries;
  • information is output to the user’s personal computer;
  • it is possible to view previously ECGs using the database built into the device software;
  • the «Occasion tag» key allows the examined patient to mark occasions of their poor health on the ECG record;
  • the device has a friendly and intuitive interface and is extremely easy to use;
  • low cost of the device with a wide range of features.

Metrological parameters of the Holter

  • Limits of permissible relative measurement error:

— in the range from 0.03 to 0.1 mV — not normalized;

— in the range above 0.1 to 0.5 mV – ±15 %;

— in the range above 0.5 to 5 mV – ±7 %.

The limits of the permissible relative measurement error of the voltage correspond to these values when the DC voltage is ±300 mV.

  • Measuring range of time intervals – from 0.1 to 2.0 s.

The limits of the permissible relative measuring error of time intervals are ±7 %.

  • The irregularity of frequency response:

— in the frequency range from 0.05 to 60 Hz – from minus 10 to plus 5%;

— in the frequency range above 60 to 100 Hz – from minus 30 to plus 5%.

  • The level of internal noise brought to the input is no more than 30mV.
  • Heart rate measurement range — from 30 to 240 1/min.
  • The measurement range of R-R intervals is from 100 to 2000 ms.

We are constantly working to improve our products, so the parameters described above may change.
